What Guests Are Saying?
Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Travelodge By Wyndham Downtown Chicago offers a convenient location, placing guests within walking distance of the river and near the Harrison red line stop. The older building provides clean accommodations and some rooms, such as the king studio suites, include amenities like a fridge and microwave alongside views of the Willis (Sears) Tower. While some have found the TV setup or the lack of a fridge in certain rooms less than ideal, its proximity to 24-hour food options and restaurants makes it a practical choice for exploring the city.

The hotel sits conveniently near many stores , restaurants , and transit options. Getting to downtown tourist spots was quick. My room included a microwave and a mini fridge. The hotel provided body wash , shampoo, and conditioner.

the hotel location was acceptable as it was close to public transportation.
The room was quite outdated and showed significant wear and tear. the ancient air conditioning unit was loud, disrupting sleep (i even bought earplugs). housekeeping neglected to empty the rubbish bins or replenish coffee supplies. I had to request these items.
